Evidently the statistic here in New Zealand is one of the greatest for Suicides.  I would like to talk a little bit about this.

In little ole Helensville itself we have had some of these tragic events happen.  The latest is a young female of only 32 years of age.  We do not understand why these talented people do these things.  Whether it is by hanging or any type of suicide why, why and why again.......

We do not understand what is going on in their heads.  If only they would talk to someone, whether it be a friend, their mother, father, neighbour.  Someone.  Just talk.  Ask for advice:  what, where or how can I remedy this situation.

We aren't mind readers and we often say:  if only I rang her, or text her.  I wish I.......................  If only.........................

Read the signs if you can.  You see these troubled people and your heart bleeds for them, but do you say anything.  It's only after the tragic event that you say  IF ONLY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But it's too late by then, the damage is done.

Well people I say to you - make that phone call, send a card, a text, see them in the street and smile and say a simple hello.

A smile is infectious on its own.  Just a simple smile and if you can say a simple word.  HELLO

Come along and meet the Mediums and Clairvoyants and all the different Healers and stall holders.

Here at Marie and Murrays gardens are the most amazing chakra and buddha gardens, labyrinth to walk, medicine wheel, , a new egyptian pyramid, a lovely sanctuary for yoga and meditations.  Also here is where the healers perform their magic.

So come along and have a fun filled day of healing, tranquility and relaxation.

This was a stormy weekend and not many people came.  Our power was off and the phones were down therefore no one could contact us unless they had our cell phone numbers. The day was showers in the early morning then it fined up around 10am and the sun was shining for the rest of the day.  For those who did turn up had an amazing day with what we had to offer.

A great big thank you to everyone who helped and especially to my husband Murray.

LOVE YOUR BODY, HEAL IT NATURALY

Hello fellow meditators and healers alike.  I have just taken over the shop  THE HEALING HEART OF HELENSVILLE and are happy to say farewell to Laura whom I have been in partnership for the last three and half years.  I bid her love and light and wish her well with her new ventures.

I will be carrying on the good work for our Meditation Circle alternating thursdays evenings 6-7.30 pm at 58 Commercial Road at the Healing Heart. Check at the shop or in The Helensville News for the dates. 

We will start with guided meditations followed by healings, psychometry, understanding of guides and helpers, power animals, archangels, astral travelling and much much more.  If you have queries please come along and ask and I will do my best to help.

Beginners and all range of like minded people are welcome.  Come and learn and experience all of the above and much much more.
